Himbrimi

Himbrimi comes from the Brunnur Distiller (Brunnur is the Icelandic word for "good"). Brunnur Distillery is registered in Reykjavik, Iceland. The distillery was started by Icelandic artist and designer Oskar Ericsson and Italian entrepreneur Junio ​​Carchini. In November 2018, they started their own distillery in Mosfellsbaer, a town 30 minutes from Reykjavik.

Himbrimi Old Tom:

The gin is made using pure Icelandic water, honey and other pure ingredients such as the Angelica flower and Arctic Thyme. The result is a surprising, distinctive, floral, full and sweet gin that is excellent to drink both neat and in combination with tonic. You can also make delicious cocktails with it, for example by mixing Himbrimi gin with sugar syrup, fresh lime juice and garnishing it with a sprig of thyme and a slice of lime. In February 2019, Himbrimi won the prestigious award of Best Compound Gin in the world!

Himbrimi Winterbird:

The Winterbird edition is the first London Dry Gin from Iceland. Like the Old Tom, this gin is made with the help of Juniper berries, Arctic Thyme and the Angelica flower. What is special about the gin is that it is slowly distilled with the help of Icelandic hot springs. This results in an extremely soft and "floral" gin. Not only by using the natural geothermal heat, Himbrimi limits the impact on the environment, also a part of the profit of every bottle sold goes to the conservation of Iceland.
